Honestly it really is a PITA but there is some decent places on there sometimes I found my place about 4 months ago I got the 1st floor of a house 2 br backyard and I pay 1600 all included..good places are out there bro just gotta keep lookin..I looked for months before I found this place. The key is just make alot of phone calls and make alot of appointments.

i got a plcae now but the deck is falling aart and the windows wont open the sky light is broken i asked him to fix it he hasnt so i think he just wants me out after i put in new carpeting

i got 2 babies and i dont feel safe with them in there, the central air is supposedly "broken"...

so after successfully yelling at my land lord and tell him the things needed to be fixed he tells me the decks unsafe and hes gonna shut down the apartment ...so i have to get out lol this is a fml story ...at least im rent free till i find a place

what u mean he is shutting down the apartment, the city is the only one who can shut down the building or house. I hope where ever u are heading to for the time being the landlord is paying for.
