INNEED, they do best in pairs, they are very social animals.. if you split them up after being together they will surly die..
thy are really cool animals, my step kids had them for a long time...

motortrendz is right they dont do well single ,they get very lonley....minimum of 2 at least..
im not sure if my wife wants to separte them ,they are 4 sisters and been together since birth...plus their cage that their in is huge all 4 love it...

most i can have is 2 but i under stand u dont wanna split them up i hope u find a great home for them 4 would luv to take them but i just cant do 4 very cutie animals
