sup bro...the 40D has an 1.6x crop DIGIC III Image Processor, plus a 10.1-megapixel CMOS sensor. ISO from 100-6400

The 5D MarkII 21.1-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor with DIGIC 4 Image Processor plus HD video. ISO from 50-25600 range...
