These phones are not under contract at all. So you do not have to re-up your contract with sprint just switch to the phone.
I reserve the right to sell to who I want to. Don't think because you posted first or PM'd first that you are going to get the sale. Will ship at buyers expense with Money Order payment. Or you may make arrangements for pickup, northern Westchester or Manhattan night time pickup.
