Looking to trade a Dell Server for an All in one setup

I have a Dell Poweredge SC1420 or a Dell Laptop I would like to trade for an All in one setup (biocube, nanocube, etc). I am basically looking for a hospital tank.

The server specs are as follows:

Dell PowerEdge SC1420
3 GB ECC RAM
Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz Xeon Processor
(2) 40gb IDE hard drives

Boots to Linux.
Someone can easily install XP to make it a workstation.

768 MB Ram
60 GB HD
Built in wireless
Windows XP Home (fresh reinstall)
Symantec Anti-Virus corporate pre-loaded

Battery is questionable - holds about 20 minutes charge but I will supply (2) ac adapters.
I've seen batteries on ebay for about $ 30 delivered.
