! I have come to learn over the years that dogs need exactly a 3ft radius around their owners feet, and at least an hour of quality snuggle time a day (whether that be couch vegging time or sleep time) --throw a ball or play some tug for a few and they're all good
Everyone I know is extremely busy, ouselves included, and I wouldn't dream of giving up my dogs. They adjust to the lifestyle they know and grow to love it too.
