Harborside Resort at the Atlantis - 1 br

I have booked a week at the Harborside Resort at the Atlantis in Paradise Island from 6/28/15 to 7/5/15. It will be my 10 year anniversary so we would like to go back to Hawaii and rent out my timeshare. I am asking $2,400 for the week. The room can accommodate up to 4 adults. I will require a $500 non refundable deposit and the balance due next year. PM if you need any additional details.

What's included in the timeshare. What type of room?

It's a 1 bedroom apt with a full kitchen and laundry area. It sleeps 4 - a king size bed and a pullout couch. All of the Atlantis passes are included.

Just go either to the Atlantis website or just Google "Harborside Restort at Atlantis". I know families of 5 have done that before (the 2 years old doesn't need a bracelet for the Atlantis waterpark and if you are ok with him sleeping in your bed.......)
