Ah, I miss Newark.
I used to live on Summer Ave across from the triangle park.
Then I moved to Mt. Prospect ave in the big complex with the gate.

Nice block.
Close to beautiful Branch Brook Park.
Great bus and rail access.
Mom and pop as well as fast food restaurants nearby.

That apt. has a lot of nice upgrades.

Thank you, its def is a nice block, quiet.

I used to rent this for $1200 to $1300 without the renovations.
Offering it very reasonably this time around.
