I have a 1 bedroom apartment available for rent on pelham pkwy in a nice and clean building.

- All new appliances.
- Beautiful hardwood floors.
- renovated kitchen and bathroom.
- 6ft kitchen counter top through wall. Makes it easy to entertain or serve guest. No need for a table.
- located on the lobby floor but tucked away from all noise.
- Building has brand new laundry room with key access.
- security cameras throughout building.
- one block from train 2/5 and bx12 bus, one block from BX zoo.
- brand new electrical and lighting through out apartment.

Requirments
first months and one month security. Plus 125 application fee through coop.

I would prob say nano tanks or under 60g. But im a reasonable guy.

I think real estate ads on this site should definitely include allowed tank sizes...otherwise expect someone to pull a cmantis style tank under the bed or something...

Im. A reefer and do real estate in Bronx and I can't recommend it to my landlords to let people have tanks knowing the risk, but we can require tenant to have renters insurance..especially in a coop that's how i handle it if owner agrees.

Honestly we all know the risk even though we enjoy the hobby.

But when you risk other peoples property. You should get renters insurance most people dont know how cheap it is all should have. 125 for yr buys you like 200k. That's cheap so in short get your insurance renters.

It covers you for fire , theft etc. Floods caused by reef??? Have to double check with the insurance agent.

If you guys need to know i can call guy and get back to who ever wants to know just pm me and I find out for you...

I have Assurant i pay 205$ a year and that includes involuntary unemployment for 2 months @ $500 a month towards my rent. i called and asked if it covered flooding due to an aquarium breaking they said yes. I pray ill never need it lol
