I made a bad purchase- it did not fit my window- too large- and so I used it for a week (I put a bucket under it!) but it just cluttered up the living room as it is huge!!!
Other wise the unit is GREAT. My living room/kitchen is about 600sqft and the week I used it it made my place so COLD. Like...you want to put on some covers as you sit on the couch- just like I like it when it's actually 90's outside.
Rules:
1. YOU must pick this up- near Pratt Uni- 11238- it's heavy...it is in my basement storage unit, needs to come up 16 stairs (wide). The building has a dolly to help bring it up but you can't keep it
2. Paypal to hold (I'm a stand up guy, the unit is fine)

4. Cash Only (will be used to help me get an ac that fits)

It's a good make and it works.
If it fits your window or your wall cut out then this is definitely the deal of a lifetime (AC units in this range are well over $700 brand new).
