Free ornate uromastyx

I need to find a home for my ornate uromastyx. His name is Joker. I received him from an online vendor Florida Herps. I think they lied about his origin because if his behavior.
I believe he may be a wild caught specimen because he does not like to be handled like almost all uromastyx do.
He eats his greens when introduced but just does not like to be picked up and will run from you. No aggression just very scared and I have not been able to change his behavior. I can include his home made enclosure. It measures 3x2x2 and is made out of wood

that is what happens when he gives up. he will run from me as soon as he gets the chance.
He has been taken by an experienced person who can hopefully turn him around.
