If this is the case you can't sell the alligator snapping turtle here, please remove it from your post.
Does that refer to nyc or ny? Does it refer to wild caught reptiles or ones that have been bred? If you know for a fact it is illegal it will be removed. Perhaps there are circumstances which you do not know about.

Ok, at this point I'm going to remove the Alligator Snapping turtle from the thread, as it doesn't seem that you can sell this legally. If you can show otherwise then you can add it back to the thread.
Just take it off, but this rule may only apply to nyc and not nassau. Like my shotgun, it's legal in long island but not the city. I find it humorous how people get involved like this. What does it matter?
You did a lot of research for someone who doesn't care.

Well if you wanted a alligator snapper we got them over here crossing the road all the time 3ft shell plus

Well aside from all this legal/illegal stuff, it would really help to post a pic for a $1000 koi, and u should also post a fs thread in a fw forum elsewhere too. A majority of the people here do sw with SOME fw enthusiasts here and there
The koi is probably worth $1500-$2000, it's close to two feet long. I have pics for any serious buyers. I'm also not selling an alligator snapper.
