nanocube 24 chambers?

I run a media rack in the first chamber but dont know what to do with the second.. I have a sapphire skimmer that was modded into an air driven skimmer that i still cannot get to work ugh. So is it worth it to even have a skimmer in a 24 gallon nanocube? I also want to add a fuge to it whether it be in the second chamber.. or a hang on back.. So here are my options..

1. Use the 2nd chamber for a skimmer and add a hang on back fuge..

2. Use the 2nd chamber for a fuge and a hang on back skimmer?..

3. Or lastly use the 2nd chamber for a fuge and dont use a skimmer?

please help with the advice this has been killing me!! lol
