Jbj 28 ??

So one of the pumps on my JBJ 28 went out.

Can anyone recommend a good replacement that fits in that rear chamber???

i hear that the maxijet 900 or 1200 fit back there. really tight though but they do fit

I think the maxijet 1200 would be perfect for you.
It gives 295 GPH and does fit in the back chambers.

do u just place the mj on the bottom or u use suctions? its really tight back there! will the maxis do good with the wavemaker with issues? sorry to highjack

I have never had an MJ start backwards. So I do not think the WM will be a problem.

I dont run them on the WM. Both are on steady. I was thinking the MJ1200...just want to check the size.

do you use the stock media basket or did u upgrade?

The stock basket is in there but I took out all the media and run just a Chemipure Elite and filter floss.
