Nano Cube's night LEDs not working?

So of course when I had someone interested in purchasing my tank come over, my night time LED's weren't working. I haven't used them since I got the tank because I have the lights on a timer and they really only work manually. We played around with it and just couldn't get them to come on. Anyone have any ideas? I've had the tank just under a year, so I was doubting that the LEDs had just burned out.

The leds on my 12g burned out the first week i had it.
