Nice looking tank. Can you share the specs with us?

Looks like a nano cube 24. You running a nano skimmer in the back?

How long has it been up and running? Looks like a very new tank. I say that because it looks so clean and because of all the fan worms and the flame scallop. Those at least must be new. They will not survive long term in that tank unless you dose some micro-vert or some other planktonic food...and then your tank will suffer because of the extra bio-load from the rotting plankton sollution in your system.

Is that a French Angel? I see 6 fish,,,, are there others? I think 6 fish is way too much for such a small tank.

I didn't want to get into that...I figure he must be doing some large and frequent water changes or else the fish would be dead and also that he'll have to get rid of the angel when it gets bigger and probably all but one of those damsels.

Now that I look closer, that might be a nano 12. In a 24, you might be able to get away with the angel and one damsel while they are small, but in a 12 a damsel alone is the best bet.

I have the 12 and I'm thinking of housing a single black ray shrimp goby as the only fish inhabitant.

Actually the flame scallop and the angel fish are going into a 125g. that I am setting up. I have them in my nano for the mean time. Once I get the 125 up and running I will share the pics. I live in Panama so I have both pacific and atlantic ocean 2 hours away from one another so I don't think I'll have a problem making a nice reef system. Once again I will post as soon and I have it running. Thanks for the feedback. G

Cool. I'd like to see if you have any success keeping the flame scallop alive long term. I've never heard of one lasting too long, even in a very large tank, without target feeding. Meantime, you can do a lot for it if you cut a tiny hole in the bottom of a plastic cup, invert the cup over the scallp, and inject some planktonic food for the scallop to filter.

I really like them personally. Especially that little cilia dance that looks like electricity moving back and forth.

ditch the flame scallop cuz more than likely its gonna die. And there are too many fish for that tank especially the angel. As pretty as fish can be, some just get too large for the small tanks. But it looks nice
