Drilling a 10G nano SIZE?

What Size drain should I drill into a standard 10g nano?

Also, what kinda pump would be adequate with this size drain?

Anyone ever make an overflow from a big PVC pipe? Maybe cut in half longways and glued into the corner?

It depends on how much flow you want to pump through the system from the sump. 3/4" I.D. will provide you 300-400gph which should be plenty for a 10 gallon. You can make the overflow box or standpipe from PVC (big diameter) but I really don't see why you shouldn't just go with acrylic It's easier to work with and more attractive.
