Any recomendations, how many watts, etc. New to this type of set up.

What livestock do you plan to keep?

I would do a 70 watt Metal Halide. Maybe a 10k AB bulb because it burns at about 14k temperature.

I had 2x32 pc and it was great. It didn't get too hot either.

It definately depends on your choice of livestock, but I would say a 2x32 PC set-up or a small MH would do just fine.

I have a 10 Gal Nano, with a Current USA Fixture, it has two 40w PCs, moonlight, and fan. I have SPS and polyps in there and they seem fine..

Read threw the build off tank specs. Several are doing 10g. tanks. I'm useing a 150w 10k de mh w/2x18w pc's. A fan helps with keeping things cool.

I just got the AquaMedic 150 DE Pendant, so far I love it, its nice and compact, here is a pic of it over my tank.

If I had to do it over I would go with some type of pendant. Its a lot easier to do stuff in your tank without having to lift off the lights.
