i have not seen the JBJ, since i dont live anymore in the US but i ran into the BUYO in a shop catalog. it is for sale in a Belgium store i know of for about the same price as the JBJ ... they also have the same hyper-designed tank stand.

looks exactly the same to me. cept the name.
