My wife's Eclipes 6 gal nano

Well here is my wife's nano. I installed a acylic splash guard under to protect the 32 w 50-50 light.

If it's possible, I'd like to see how you installed the splashguard.

I made a paper pattern of 1/2 of the top area with a fold to bring the plastic up to the underside of the hood.

I scored and snapped the lines and cleaned it up with a metal file. Bending was done buy clamping the acrylic between two 5 gal paint stirrer (free from Lowe's). I heated it evenly with a heat gun and bent it 90 degrees.

Funny, the reason I built this nano was because my wife didn't like how my 125 gal tank looked :lol: .

I am sure that after my wife goes shopping for additions to "her" tank, your fiance' will like it more.

Of course, not everything she buys will fit in her tank :wink: and then my tank will start looking better.

Those pics help; thanks Fl_Seagull. I didn't realize you still had the stock filter compartment in there, so the 90* bend was confusing me.
