Nice aquascaping, did your live rock have purple coraline on it when you first got it or did it just recently grow?

Do you dose with Kalk or some other form of calcium?

Could you please take another picture of your whole tank ( maybe zoom in a little closer and better focus). Not being picky just want everyone to enjoy your tank as well and get a better view.

Thanks

Also nice light canopy it looks like it fits perfect. What kind are they? Doe's your water temp get high with the lights being that low to tank?

Is that a basic 20 gallon or is that special?

What is your specs of your tank?

Sorry for all the questions, just curious.

hi,
I'll try and get a better pic.
tank is older hagen tipe Tropiquarium(which I got for 10$),with biolife filter(wich is giving me headache-nitrate high),lights are from hagen as well powerglo(18000k)
and marineglo(actinic).I went cheep on this tank,I am saving up for a real stuff.
I am not adding calcium or anything to may water(just some Kent Zoe).
live rock had some cor.algea on it but in past 2 weeks the they are getting very nice colour(dont know why). For water changes I use destiled
water. 2 in of argonite .temp. is 77-79.I had to lift canopy 1/4 in for some
air to go thru becouse temp. would go up to 80-82.I'll post some pic.

For better pix, turn your flash off. Close all the curtains and turn off all the lights in the room, even other aquariums. You want the aquarium to be the most luminous thing in the room. Though, you'll have to steady your hand a little more, most cameras (especially those with autofocus) produce slightly grainier images in low light conditions.

Nice tank. I like the size and the hood
