LED's again

Anyone have any info on how to wire up some LED's for moonlights/ actinics for my 10 gallon, simple stuff from radio shack? I don't need, nor care for anything fancy just the bare bones how to, from begining to end. There has been many discussions out there but not any good info on how to. Thanks.

when I looked into it radio shack told me I had to buy this black box to transfer the power over to DC power I think... or something like that. It seemed kinda expensive but in the same sence I still wanna try it. Make a post if you ever do anything and are successful with it.
