Here's my setup:
12 gallon nano cube
Caribsea Arag-alife aragonite reef sand – 16 lbs
Marshall live rock- 10 lbs
Livestock:
2 Ocellaris clown fish
1 cleaner shrimp
2 turbo snails
3 red legged hermit crabs

I have 2 questions:
1. I currently have a cleaner shrimp in my tank. Can I add maybe a fire shrimp or another shrimp other than that one?
2. In a setup like mine, where should I place a flower pot coral. On the substrate or on the rocks where It can receive better lighting?

Thanks in advance!

Scarlet/blood/fire shrimp should get along fine in there.

Ditto.

I've got to strongly advise against getting a flower pot coral. Do some reading after searching under "Goniopora" or "alveopora"...these corals just do not typically live even in the care of advanced aquarists.

Also, most folks don't realize that they occur around rather nutrient rich rivermouths and lagoonal outlets (pers. comm. informed me that they are notoriously thick around sewage outlets!).
