I'm about to start a new 2.5 gallon tank and I want to steal your idea's esecially if you have divided your tank to form a equipment refugium section

Heres exactly what I did in my 3/4 gallon reef, it worked well. Don't skimp on the glue however-- I was lazy and in a hurry so I epoxied my baffle refugium together and in time it started to turn loose. This allowed macro-algae infiltration and maintenance became a hassle. If you will silicone something like this in place, and use blue or black acrylic plastic for walls, you can light this setup from the rear and the reverse light cycle will not affect the front display.
