Hey Everyone, in search of an all in one kind of tank for my cousin and who knows, the nano ones are starting to grow on me.

We have noticed there seems to be a few brands out there such as Coral LIFE, JBJ, Aquapod and Innovative Marine there is probably more that I forgot to list.

So question is which system provides best lighting as well as filtration for reef tank most likely none can provide lighting for SPS without paying extra $$ for metal halides upgrade?

Also would it be best to still upgrade the filtration with "In Tank" media basket from http://mediabaskets.com/demos.html

Thanks

Also does anyone do water changes with just Nutriwater? Was thinking if I was to get a small nano tank I would just do a water change with the 4.4 gallons of nutri water..

Pics/Videos appreciated also if you have an all in one tank for sale my cousin especially maybe interested.

Having owned a biocube & red sea as nanos I would recommend the red sea tanks. I had a RSM 130D and it was a great little tank, functioned very well. I used the in-tank media basket w/ purigen and chemipure.

If I was doing a nano I would probably do another RSM myself.

Hey thank for the red sea max idea, I researched them I find them very expensive or at least hard to come by used. If I had the cash defiantly would give it a shot, thanks for your recommendation

I have an IM nuvo 16 with a maxspect razor 120w (I think marine depot sells this combo), and am keeping SPS. I use nutri-seawater and do about a 3 gallon change every 5 days(no skimmer). I am also using the in tank media baskets. So far I am having decent success (acro color and PE not yet to full potential). I upgraded the stock pump to cobalt mj1200 for a little more flow and am running the IM minimax reactor with phosgaurd.

Interesting tanks even some tanks I haven't heard off. I may have jumped the gun but couldn't beat the price. Going for a 29 Gallon Biocube Tank and Stand as well as includes one of the media baskets from www.mediabaskets.com

Just hope some members here use this tank so i can see pics of there stock for ideas as well as what kinds of corals has been grown under the regular stock lighting as well as any upgrades needed.
