My little reef

This tank is made by Custom King and i must say he does amazing work and it is exactly what i wanted.
It is 16L x 16W x 12H
I got all my equipment ready to go just waiting a few minor things but for now i can set up my aquascape. I am using the BRS Pukani rock which is amazing in its own with all the crevices and shapes. Not sure on the design yet but i can always change it as i go along.
I ordered:
10 lbs of pukani
4 lbs of BRS shelf rock which i am not using
4 lbs BRS tongan simple multi branch
HYDOR Slim Skim Nano
Marineland 900 utility pump
20 lbs of fiji pink live sand
50 watt fluval heater

New Nano Tank!

That's going to be a sweet nano-reef. I like those rocks and the fuji pink sand. What lighting are you going to go with???

Well i finally got my lights and i went with the ai nano with the controller and it is great also seeded my tank with a piece of live rock from my other tank. The iphone really does not capture the beauty of the light but its good enough.
My setting for the light so far is:
Royal Blue- 75%
Blue-75%
White- 100%

Great aquascape, too.

Those AI settings are pretty high though IMO. I had an Elos Mini with that light and had my settings around 55% max, I think.

Yes i have lowered my setting since that photo but still not in love with my current settings. What did you set you ai nano at for each color. And your right Custom King does amazing work. Thanks

I don't remember exactly as it was a while ago, but I think they were aprx 65 b, 70 rb, and 35 or 45cw at max settings.

The Elos Mini is 16 inches high, though.

It would be a great office tank but i got this as an extra to my other tank instead of upgrading larger and always wanted a nano tank

Ok well I changed the scape because I felt I didn't have as much space in the other scape and I wanted it to be more open with an island effect. Heres some pics! However, I am still not sold on this scape either.

Sorry it took a while to respond. I didn't see this question until now. My Elos Mini had mostly LPS like torches, hammers, etc. Medium light requiring animals.

The platinums look nice. Where did you pick them up?

No problem I think I am going to make this tank an all zoas and paly tank since i really like the colors of them such as the Blue Agaves etc. and the clowns are bred by sustainable aquatics
