I have seen some peacock mantis on occasion from some of the wholesalers like Quality Marine, you might ask your local fish store to order one. BUT the last time I saw one come in to the store we asked for a small peacock and the SOB was at least six inches! but it died shortly after...
Looks like a typical Red-Eye rock crab (Eriphia spp). They are mostly scavenagers and will also eat small inverts. There mean little guys I would kill him or get him out before he takes out all your hermits and snails. That is an exceptionally mean looking one too. Good pic!

Almost absolutly sure there barnacles. They are feeding when they sweep there "hand" out like that. They are filter feeders and mainly feed on types of zooplankton like larval pods and such I think. Hope that helps.

Well I found out what it was. Oxycorynia fascicularis or Nephtheis fasicularis aka blue stocked tunicates. It looks very similar to that lolipop coral they might be the same thing. They require lots and lots of plankton and low light. I am trying to figure out if I can cut it or not.
Thanks...

That is a black finger reef crab aka rock crab Family Xanthidae I think. I wouldn't put him back in your reef if I were you. They are not reef safe not because they eat corals but because they eat anything else (fish, inverts) they also like to rearange your rock if they don't like...
He would have plenty to eat in your sump. If it were me I would probably leave him there just because you will be able to see him more often, its up to you.
