That should be fine. Put the gramma in first. Then the clown. Maroons clowns can be tempremental, esp females. So keep an eye on her.

My suggestion... Spend the money on good lighting, 72W of PCs will do great. Let the tank seed and settle for a long time with just uncured live rock, like 2 months. Use a fine grained aragonite and do a deep sand bed. Filter is not necessary but a tiny skimmer will help. 3 small powerheads...

I would stay away from putting 2 tangs in a 75. Just keep it to the yellow tang. In my experience Flame Angels can be hard, make sure you are familiar with thier feeding needs.
