I actually had to take a orange chromis out when I got the maroon clown because it chased him around and wouldn't let him eat, and my poor maroon was scared into hiding. I think I got lucky and got a nice one. I will watch carefully for him to change. I had a mean cb shrimp that plucked hunks...

I have a maroon clown that has been in my 75 gallon for about 10 months. Last month I added two baby saddle back clowns. They are fine, they follow the big maroon around and he doesn't mind(so far). :D
