I called them just before I posted this. And I filed a complaint with BBB in FL.

They no longer do that. They didnt listen to your requests anyways. Still waiting after 2 weeks for a response.

Its sad! If they hired more people and not push so many 50% off deals so quick, they might be able to keep up with their orders and not screw them up and make up every excuse under the sun. Just looking out for everyone else.

I never minded them before but when they were attacking it, I wasn't sure what to do. Just set a few traps to get some of them.

Anemone looks horrible IDK what them bristle worms did but hes not a happy nem right now. Water is right on. No changes at all in the water in over a month maybe longer. Tank is pretty stable never fluctuates. What should I do?
