I was just feeding my nem and I noticed under its foot there were bristle worms coming out of the live rock. It tried closing up for a little and after maybe 2 -3 mins it opened like normal. How do I get him off that rock so they don't kill it??

Thank you

i would just let it be. It will move on its own. Moving it would require removing him off the rock by putting a metro card under his foot. But that will stress him...

Let it move on its own.

Let the anenome be its fine and just a word of advice even if u move it to were u think it fine it will only pick up and move and if u r worried or don't like the worms get some wrasse and u r problem with worm and a few other pest will be taking care of

Any tips for getting them off rocks? Got a split I'm trying to give someone and it took a walk but stayed on the rock.want him off :)

Use a metro card to get under its foot then. Once u get half removed he will just peal off. He will be stressed so put him somewhere with minimal flow. once In the new area he should grab on to something and look normal again.

Anemone looks horrible

IDK what them bristle worms did but hes not a happy nem right now. Water is right on. No changes at all in the water in over a month maybe longer. Tank is pretty stable never fluctuates.

What should I do?

It will be fine if they bother you just trap them and remove them but if they are there think of them as part of your clean up crew!
