For more Power Compact: You can cram another PC retrofit kits in there. For HQI metal halide: You could remove the hood and hang a pendant over the tank, build or buy a canopy.

The Boyu and the JBJ Nanocube are the same tank.

I moved the Iceprobe to a Fluval 104 behind the stand. Unfortunately it doesn't have enough flow so (1) Maxi-Jet is still running the tank, temps stay between 80-82. The Fluval is plumbed to the overflow area so with the quick release ball valve disconnect makes an excellent water change...

70W MH would fit but it would melt the stock plastic housing.

Im still working on temp issues and had to remove one powerhead to reduce the flow but this new set up is awesome. I can't get my camera to take a "true picture" of the tank it distorts the color because of the HQI. The rest of the set up pictures are here...

I second that, my zoo's and Ric's grow like mad under a 70W HQI (MB7).

Ok, I'm going to go with a 150W 20K HQI with no aquatic and a DIY moon light for the nights. If I was to keep a strong current in the top half of the tank and a medium current at the bottom, zoo's/rics should be ok...? I'm not going to use any dividers in the fuge area and please a powerhead...
