I have my return pump RIO2500 running on an APC UPS Smart 1400. So far the longest outage lasted 4+ hours without interruptions on the return pump. For longer outages, and in case the UPS stops, an DC/AC inverter will be used and running off my car.

I am also running a EV-90 with a Mag5. My skimmer does produce skimmate, but most of it was on the rising pipe but not in the collection cup! I have to clean the whole skimmer but not only the collection cup! Anyone experiencing this? If I rise the water level in the skimmer, the collection...
