There are a million places, but I have had good luck with etropicals...good prices and selection...package deals include shipping and still critters are like a dollar each. Good Luck, Joe

1-Listen for the tell SNAP of a Mantis Shrimp sometime after lights out. 2-I have seen my zebra hermits pick-on an astrea that has fallen and is trying to right it self but only if it has been there a while. 3-Could they be starving to death? 4-How is the water quality? Hope that helps!

Bet the farm on the shrimp! I feed mine live green rock crabs from the LI Sound. sometimes three times his size...sneaks up on them from behind an SNAP!!!!!!!

Mine eats everything from flake food to brine shrimp. Also bring him/her hermits and bait fish from local waters. Was picky at first now will come out of the rock work and perform for dinner. Yah! I like him. Joe_B

They make great pets...easy to care for, fun to watch, will live through just about anything! I have one living in a 2.5gal bow front on my kitchen counter. Anyone who comes to the house wants to see the killer shrimp. My three year old has named him Bubba. Peace, Joe
