Josh officially opened today. The new store looks good. He's bringing up the stock quickly and has done a great job cleaning up the place.

Some more details: 2800 square feet (2000 first floor/800 second floor). 10 year lease that landlord will transfer to new owner. Over 4,200 gallons of currently running tanks. Almost evenly split between fresh and saltwater. We've been in business since 2004.

I'm working hard to keep the store stocked and improving sales, while still interested in talking to any prospective buyers.

Thanks for the compliment. The store is clean, but could always be cleaner!! Its a never ending battle!! I'll personally be in the store much more from now until it sells and working hard to get it more heavily stocked and running better than before.

In the meantime, we're getting a very large amount of fish, inverts and coral in this week starting this Monday with Bali and more.
