I've looked on the john guest website, I can only find 15mm check valves, which are no good for 1/4" pipes.
I do have a DI and carbon post filter. There is a checkvalve after the RO membrane, but it is the type which screws into the RO membrane canister.
So I'm still looking.

Hello,
Any one know where I can get hold of one way valves ? either as an inline connector or as a T connector ?
I want to split the flow from the DI unit: one way going to a pressure tank which connects to a triflow kitchen tap, the other to a collection tank with a float. I'm not bothered...
Hi ya Seamaiden,
frozen brine shrimp, mysids, krill are what I feed the fished with. What do you suggest that is more meaty ?
Got the refractometer today all the way from the US of A, easy to use. Looks like the swing arm hygrometer was over reading by 0.001.
The fact the fish are so hungry...
Neon goby has lost the filamental attachments. Regal Tang has lost some and gained some white spots. Fish still very skittish.
They are very, very hungry all the time. I'm feeding 3 times a day. Morning is a few flakes, afternoon nori, some frozen food with some algae flakes for the chalk...
I'm going to use copper as a last resort. Hyposalinity will be my first treatment in QT.
Changing the display tank salinity is a tactic I am considering, but I don't want to jeopardise the inverts, so is unlikely to happen.
The QT will be bare bottom, makes vacuuming a lot easier.
I've heard of...
Update
The neon goby seems to have lost the filaments attached it's side. They're definitely not scrapes, as you could see them move in the current and it affected the way the fish swam.
Regal tang has two spots left on it's side.
I've bought a 96l tank, 25 us gallons. I'm waiting for the RO...
All the fish are feeding fine
Obtaining antibiotics isn't that easy in the UK, I'll have to find a friendly vet thats understands fish.
I think its fungal. I wonder if its the ich thats lowered the fish's immunity ?
I'm about to do another water test. Next I'll order a RO unit.

2-3 times a day - pics to follow (when I find the cf reader...)
All the tank's inhabitants get to eat. They don't seem to mind the garlic at all. I am using the garlic juice, 99.99% of the garlic I collect and cook with ;-)
I am sure you veterans could see this one coming, but yes its back, noticed this morning 3 white spots on each side of my regal tang. Whats worse is that the neon goby has very thin filamental growths in it's side. It still eats, but is swimming awkwardly. It also rests on the rocks more. The...
Terry - apologies for getting your name wrong
Mouse - I've got 30Kg of nicely matured LR. I am using two Eheims, a 2229 wet and dry and a professional II. Both with substrat, a ceramic type baterial friendly media. I also have a phosphate remover in the pro II.
Ammonia is between 0 -...
Thanks for all your replies !
Current status : Ich seems to be gone again. May be my fishes' immune system is strong enough to fight them off ??
Next steps : carry on keeping the water in good condtion, feed the fishes with different foods laced with garlic, vacuum the substrate regularly...
I have a problem with marine ich in my reef tank. 10 days ago I noticed my regal tang had 3 little white spots on each side of it’s body. It went after a days. It has a voracious appetite during all this. Now it seems to have returned. I have read the ich articles by Terry Bertelme.
At the...
