If you plug it and they try to light up but didnt and you try again in less than 15mnts you fry the ballast it happend to me before icecaps ballast are very sencitive.

Absolutletly right I had the same problem try everything with no result until I try SB.It is a slow process but the ressults are greats.You should try it wont regret it.

This is the same way I builded mine but I builded two doors in the front for feeding porpuse.

+1 You could use one of those they use to remove inspection stickers for more control of the razor blade.
