Hey guys, last night 4 of my T5 bulbs stopped working on my Aquatinics. I believe it's the Icecap 660 ballast but I do not want to buy another ballast and find out its the endcaps or wiring. It is definitely NOT the bulbs because they are 1 month old.

I need just one favor. Does anyone have an icecap 660 ballast they can lend me just to test if it is the ballast? I just need to make sure its the ballast. I hope someone can help another reefer out. Thanks.

I tried every bulb and they all work. I have a Icecap 440 ballast and it powers 2 bulbs without any issues. I'm pretty sure its the ballast but want to be certain.

I wish it was that easy. It's a 6 bulb light fixture. 4 bulbs are wired to the Icecap 660. 2 bulbs are wired to the icecap 430. Only the 2 bulbs on the icecap 430 turns on. The remaining 4 on the 660 does not turn on. I reinstall all bulbs and still no luck. :(

If one bulb is not seated properly the others will not light. Also, if one bulb is bad the others will not light.
How old is the ballast? If you get the numbers off the ballast IC can tell you if it is under warranty.

I had the same issues with my Solar Flare.
