    Did some research. Looks like he is a Blue Spotted Grouper.

    Here is the face. I was told he was a 'blue line' grouper. But now tat you ask, he doesn't look like either a blue line or a coney. IDK. He's about 3.5 inches long and colors up well exp after eating. And definitely a grouper. Maybe a juvenille?
