After reading about best way to post pics, it was mentioned to see the top of coral for best identification. Here is top shot

Does anyone know what this coral is. It was sold to me as a carnation coral but I thought it was a Kenya Tree Coral....I dont want a non photosynthetic coral so any help is appreciated!! Thanks

Hello Matt- Do you have pics of your JBJ Nano Cube? I'm curious to see how it looks....your 6 gallon pics were real nice....

SuperBob- You should be fine moving your live rock around...early on. Just make sure there is enough space between the rocks, and they arent just stacked so that the beneficial bacteria can breathe.. :) Here is a pic of my nano cube so far....

J What type of rock do you have? How long has it been cycling? Sounds like slime algae....

Looks great soo far...I have a JBJ nano myself...So far I have about 11 pounds of Caribsea argonite sand. Hope to do about 15-17 pounds of live rock and a refugium. I'm looking to get my live rock this week to begin cycling. Looks like a fun tank to aquascape. What is your livestock plans...

Sabelotodos Thanks for the advice- I will look into getting one of those Brooks fans for cooling. From the pics you posted....your tank is shaping up nice. How many pounds of rock are you using? I was thinking of removing all filter media included and even put some small peices of live rock...

Hello- Any ideas on the best place to put the NANO JBJ? Mine is close to a window and my television. Also, what has been peoples experience with the current lighting it comes with? Thanks for any help!! Chris :)
