from what i have seen so far,JEF says the CS6-1 is rated for 200gals
and the CS6-2 for 250 gal. so then wouldn't the CS6-1 already be larger than what i need. or is that 200gal rating not to be believed?

I was thinking the 90 also but wasn't sure with the vho lights. Plan on LPS corals prodominatley but would also like to eventually get a clam or 2. Do you think the VHO's will work for this. I could put the higher light level corals towards the top as suggested.

Is it the U Tube on the overflow that accumulates air and restricts the flow. If so i had this problem also and solved it by increasing the return flow back to the tank. What happens is the is not enough flow thru the U tube so small bubbles can gather at the top of the tube. More flow will...
