You could use frozen bottles of water and place them in your sump or tank and also add a fan blowing over the water, there are many different ways. Do you have AC? I keep mine @ 70 in the summer to cool off my tank.

I would defiantly add a skimmer before adding any corals to your tank, check out the for sale section of MR you could find a great deal.

cool, well the best advice i can give u is start with fish only first then when u have some time then u can move onto corals

the light i had was only giving 17w should i go higher there is nothing to crazy about my tank . i really want to take it to the next level.
