    yeh there isnt a lot. i have some on the back glass starting to grow and some on the pumps, but its taking a while. to be honest im glad as it just sucks up the calcium.

    exactly right. i will also be adding a clam or 2 at some point which will also add a splash of colour amongst the less bright corals.

    everything is going pretty good. put a v2 600 skimmer on to replace the mce300, and this is working well. chaeto is growing like mad also. not a lot of change to the corals except some slight colour change and growth.

    i know that the usual thing for coral feeding is sunlight during the day and plankton at night, but if this is the case why do sps extend their polyps during the day? i know they extend their polyps a lot more at night but, are they feeding on plankton all the time and if so does it matter if...
