i would buy a new tank for your new place. Since your tank is 10 years old. But use everything possible from your old tank. Live stock and equipment. I would feel better knowing that tank is new. Just my 2 cents...

Update.. I'm interested.. I'm moving as well and I was going to give the tank to a friend and have him slow feed me the money but he's taking to long and I was suppose to been out of the apartment.. I'm past my security and I need to get it out.. No time to sell it so I'm moving it to my house if he doesn't get a apartment this week...
