That almost looks like brown jelly diseaseI lost my dragon soul torch a few days ago for what looks is the same thing. I took it out of the tank right after noticing it got this bad I didn’t want it to get the other sick!! Any information/advice?
I took the dragon soul out for dipping but changed my mind and throw it out, didn’t want to risk the other euphillia. My Todd's torch does this at least a few times a week, its part of their survival strategy. Your torch looks healthy to me, the dragon soul not so much. What did you do with the Dragon Soul?

The base is very healthy, even the dragon soul base was like 1 1/2normal for torch tentacles to be broken off. Either by fish or flow twisting the tentacles. I even have pumps chopping it off. Don't hurt the torch at all. All corals in the wild will get damage from storms and waves.
This is different matter if the head or skeleton is broken or injured. This can lead to brown jelly to take hold if there is brown jelly in your tank.
