Maxspect r5-200 help

Hi all reefers! I have a 3 month old maxspect R5-200 led fixture that acted wield just now, there're total 4 light group within this fixture, when i running sunrise/sunset program, 8 light bulbs won't turn on from the 1st and 2nd group,also there're 8 light bulbs won't shut off from the 3rd and 4th group as the below pics shows. Please lmk if any lighting experts that can potentially make it works normal again as before, i will give at least $125 worth corals in Return. Thanks in advance!
