24hr programmable RGB LEDS with sunrise/sunset?

I wanted to know if there are any RGB led fixtures/strips available with 24hr programming.

I wanted to set it up with effects like sunrise and sunset using the red led in the RGB spectrum and of course moonlight with the blue.

It does not have to be anywhere near reef capable because:
I would then set the timer on my higher power lights to come on at the end of the sunrise effect and off before the beginning of the sunset effect.
I also have a freshwater tank I'd like to setup with this.

It would be even better if the LEDs could be programmed to dim and flash for both cloud and lightning effects.

It has dawn, dusk etc. and comes with a ramp timer which is programmable.
However, it lacks red LEDs for the true sunrise and sunset effect.

Those have all the required effects but no way to automate those effects.

Through some more research it seems some of the AI lights are capable of this when paired with the Ai controller.

I'm looking for something cheaper at the moment. Especially for my freshwater tank.

your better off building your own fixture for those prices. If you want something good for a DIY reedbuilders is really good. If anything for a LED not too expensive go with EverGrow IT2040

Does the EverGrow have the 24hr programmable setting with a red spectrum?

I'm not looking for anything reef-capable.
Otherwise I would go for the AI vega or something along those lines.

Has anyone experimented with Arduino or DMX control?
I know its possible with the Arduino buts its way too complicated for me.

This is 100% aesthetic lighting which would do sunrise, sunset and moonlight.
I have a separate higher intensity fixture for my corals which would be on between sunrise and sunset.
