Strawberry shrimp or scarlet shrimp

Does anyone have experience with a strawberry shrimp? Are they reef-safe? Do they clean parasites off fish (I have seen this stated in a book I read to my son every night, but I'm not sure that this is a definitive information source)?

if this is the one that you're asking about, the yes, they are reef safe. and yes, they do clean parasites off fish: but not so the same degree as the regular cleaner shrimps. they are from deeper water, so they hide a lot more than regular cleaners.
