Thinking in doing transhipping

I want to know the advantages and disadvanteges on transhipping since I live in Puerto Rico is very hard to get great corals and fishes that the customers ask.

Why is it that you dont wnt to buy well rested corals from a wholesaler in the States?

If the east cost guys have problems receiving cherries corals, imagine me here in Puerto Rico what im going to receive.

The problem with transhipping is that you are kind of paying for the shipping twice. You pay the shipping to the holder of your order and then you pay the shipping from the holder to yourself. Your best bet would be to find a wholesaler that is willing to ship your order direct. I know that it is very hard to find wholesalers that will ship to Puerto Rico. We are in the coral/fish business plus my husband is from Puerto Rico so we understand what you are facing. If you're interested contact me and we can talk more about it.

Thanks for the reply, thats exactly what is happening with me. My main probles are corals I have found few great quality places on fishes but with corals is very dificult to find the greens, reds, purple ect. that my clients want.
