you arn't kiding about a big and bad store. I have just opened a store in Flushing MI, It is about 2 years old. I have about 100 fresh tanks most are 15 g. and a couple are 35g 1 240g , 1 180g about 4 35 gallon salt 4 50 gallon 1 100 gallon 2 38 gallons 1 4'x3' bin on the floor w / 2 400 watt halides 2 clarity plus cube sysytems and a 90 corner tank as a display.
You don't even know how much work it all is and when you beginne there is very small profite to pay people to help clean or take care of customers. My store is 1000 square feet and it cost a fourton and nobody is really willing to shell out money to a bisness that does not have a greater profit margen and aa gaurentee they will fet ther money back. A lot of small pet stores fail with in the first couple of years and the bank have knowledge of all that. Any it sounds like a great dream, when it happens let me know so I can build and go further and meet my dreams.
